SUP Yoga

Very simply, SUP Yoga is about taking a traditional yoga class onto the water where the paddleboard becomes your new floating mat.

 

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of floating on the water, improve your balance, flexibility and core strength with yoga asanas (poses) and calm your mind with pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

Take your practice to the water or just come to see what all the fuss is about.  A really fun and challenging way to practice yoga or just have a laugh with your friends. 

The class is an hour long and does involve some paddleboarding.  We recommend doing an Open Paddleboarding Taster to learn the basic skills required to paddle.

- From 6:00pm - 7:00pm at Sibson Lake
- Everyone welcome!
- 18+ years

 
Please note:
It is recommended that beginners have at least been on a Paddleboard once before.
